For Utah title professionals, attorneys, engineers and surveyors. Before a Report of Water Right Conveyance goes to the Division of Water Rights, I check the right against the Division's records (owner of record, shares, change applications, filing history) and draft the ownership history, flagging the gaps that get filings returned.
